Tania P. Dougherty, Certified Travel Counselor and Certified Meeting Professional is a native of The Hudson Valley, and has over 30 years of experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality and transportation industry, and has worked on the executive floors of some of New York City’s most prestigious firms, such as Morgan Stanley. She has an extremely distinguished and extraordinary background in planning & executing unprecedented corporate events, on Wall Street, the Caribbean Islands, and for the last 18 years, right here in our beautiful Hudson Valley Wine Country with her sister companies, The Little Wine Bus Inc., The Little Beer Bus, Hudson Valley Party Ride, and The Hudson Valley Beer Trail.

Tania launched her sister company, “Hudson Valley Wine Tours” to specifically brand, and only showcase all of her finest corporate events, which are not only fun, creative and unique, but above all, memorable for all the fabulous, and diverse clients who choose us. Tania not only thinks “out of the box”, but around the box, and above and beyond the box! We can accomplish and deliver “anything and everything” that your company can wish for, or envision, when planning a phenomenal experience.

Tania earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Management & Leadership from New York University, as well as a Travel Counselor Certificate from NYU.  She then graduated from the Institute of Certified Travel Agents, where she received her Certified Travel Counselor Designation, & soon after, received her Certified Meeting Professional Designation from the Convention Industry Council.  In 2022, Tania was accepted into the “prestigious” C.I.B.E. program at Columbia Business School’s Executive Education program.  

Since starting The Little Wine Bus, Tania has received recognition from multiple institutions & has been asked to speak at New York University numerous times. She has been featured in many publications & magazines such as; The New York Times Magazine, Conde Nast Traveler, The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Time Out New York, Westchester Magazine, I love New York, CBS, The Washington Post, The Knot, Jetsetter,  Meeting Professional Magazine and many more.
